    To inquire about purchasing any of the artwork featured on this site, please follow these steps:

      Browse through the art gallery and find the piece you're interested in. You can note the title, description, or the specific image number for easy reference.

    2. Fill Out the Inquiry Form:
      Complete the form below to submit your interest. Include the title of the artwork, your contact details, and any questions or requests for additional information.

    3. Personalized Consultation:
      After receiving your inquiry, I will reach out to you directly for a personalized consultation. We can discuss pricing, shipping, framing options, or any other details you'd like to explore.

    4. Secure Payment Options:
      Once everything is agreed upon, I will provide secure payment options, including credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or online payment systems.

    5. Shipping and Delivery:
      Artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you, with tracking information provided. International shipping is available.

    6. Preferred Payment Method (Credit/Debit, Bank Transfer, etc.) multiple discount.

    Resolution for items Not as Described or Lost/Damaged in Shipping:

    What's covered only applies to “Online Purchases” 

    • A work arrives without a described feature (e.g., artist’s signature)

    • Some artwork details in the listing are meaningfully incorrect (e.g. wrong edition size)

    • A work arrives with damage that wasn’t described or photographed in the listing

    • A work is declared lost or damaged in shipment by the shipping company

    What's not covered

    • A work has slightly different coloring depending on lighting

    • Details that are artistic or incidental to the making of the work, but may not be evident in artwork images (e.g. visible brushstrokes)

    • Slight differences in dimensions

    • The shipping company is delayed

    • Unpaid customs and duties or other charges that are the responsibility of the buyer

    • Any issues relating to sales where you paid the seller directly (e.g. via wire transfer, check or other off platform method)

    • Issues with artworks not listed on your order confirmation

    Finally, please note that any purchases shipped internationally may be subject to further export, import and customs duties or international taxes. The buyer is responsible for these charges which will be invoiced directly by the shipping provider.

    Import fees and customs tariffs are not included in your final checkout total. The buyer is responsible for these fees and refusal to pay is not grounds for return under the RIKXECOM Guarantee.

    Kindly note that RIKXECOM is unable to advise on specific custom fees as these are invoiced to you directly by the shipping company once the artwork reaches the destination country.

    We can, however, confirm that it is calculated based on the value of the work declared by the gallery and the customs office in your specific country.

    At RIKXECOM Webstore, I stand behind the quality of my art and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If within thirty (30) days of purchase you decide you want to return your item, a partial refund minus the processing fee of 10% will be provided. Unfortunately, after the thirty-day period I am unable to provide any refunds or credits for cancelled orders.     Returns Accepted Minus 10%: This policy indicates that I accept returns, but a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee may cover administrative and restocking costs associated with processing returns.​

    Cancellation Within the First 7 Days: Customers are allowed to cancel their order within the first 7 days, then after the delivery of the artwork (30) days.

    Refund Within the First Thirty (30) Days: For cancellations made within the first thirty days of purchase, customers will receive a partial refund, minus the 10% fee.

    No Refunds After Thirty Days: After the initial 30-day period has passed.
